Our story
From a small repair shop on Úzká Street to the historic centre
FIXERS grew out of a small repair shop on Úzká street in Hradec Králové. In more than ten years, we've repaired thousands of phones, laptops, consoles and printers, and with every repair we learned what frustrates people about electronics repair services.
That's why we rebuilt our service from the ground up: you know the price in advance, you don't have to travel anywhere, and you always know what's happening with your device.
2014
Počítačový záchranář (Computer Rescuer)
We started out in a small repair shop on Úzká street in Hradec Králové – just the founder and one part-timer. We repaired computers and laptops, recovered data, and people kept coming back.
2015–2023
Thousands of repairs and business IT
We gained more customers, more areas of expertise and more experience. Alongside repairs, we started managing IT for businesses – networks, servers, security and CCTV systems.
2024
A new shop and a new name: FIXERS
We took over an established, spacious shop in the most prestigious spot in the historic centre of Hradec Králové. We renamed ourselves FIXERS, greatly expanded our repairs, started selling accessories, and opened a copy centre and Zásilkovna and PPL pickup points. The team grew to five brilliant, talented people.
2026
FIXERS 2.0
We built our own all-in-one system that turns electronics repair on its head: the repair price and repair time online in advance, free courier pickup from anywhere in the country, your order status on your phone and the technician just a chat away. We moved our business IT management under FIXERS MSP and enhanced it with an advanced, modern system too.

We source parts from trusted suppliers and give a 12-month warranty on our repairs.

You can follow your repair order online and message the technician directly.

We handle most repairs within 1–3 working days, and many while you wait.
Repair, don't replace
Every repaired device is one less in landfill. And we'll recover your data even if the repair doesn't work out.

We'll explain what happened and what makes sense, even if you're not a techie. No technical jargon.
