Is it worth repairing a VR headset?
It depends on the model and the fault. You'll find guide prices in the repair price list for each headset, and we'll give you an exact price after diagnostics.
Is courier pickup from anywhere in Czechia really free?
Yes. We collect your device and send it back to you free of charge. You only pay for diagnostics (890 CZK) if the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair.
How much does diagnostics cost?
If we carry out the repair, diagnostics is free. If the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair, we charge 890 CZK for the time we've spent on it.
