Your questions answered
Is courier pickup from anywhere in Czechia really free?
Yes. We collect your device and send it back to you free of charge. You only pay for diagnostics (890 CZK) if the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair.
How long does a repair take?
We fix common faults within 1–3 working days if the parts are in stock. If a part needs to be ordered, we'll agree a timeframe with you.
How much does diagnostics cost?
If we carry out the repair, diagnostics is free. If the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair, we charge 890 CZK for the time we've spent on it.
What warranty do you offer?
We give a 12-month warranty on repairs – 6 months more than the law requires.
