Free pickup
Our courier comes anywhere in Czechia
You choose the pickup day when you place your order. A PPL courier collects your device from you and brings it back after the repair – free of charge both ways.

Choose your repair
Find your model in the repair price list and choose what needs fixing. You'll see the price upfront.

Hand over your device
We'll send a courier to pick it up for free, or you can bring it to our shop on Špitálská in Hradec Králové.

Approve the price
After diagnostics, we'll confirm the price. We never carry out a repair without your approval.

All done
We complete most repairs within 1–3 working days and return your device the same way it came to us.
