Is courier pickup from anywhere in Czechia really free?
Yes. We collect your device and send it back to you free of charge. You only pay for diagnostics (890 CZK) if the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair.
When will the courier collect my device?
You choose the pickup day when you place your order. The earliest the courier can come is the next working day. Pack your device carefully and surround it with padding.
How long will I be without my device if I send it from Nymburk?
We complete most repairs within 1–3 working days of receiving your device. Add courier delivery on top, usually one working day each way. If a repair has to wait for a part, we'll let you know in advance.
How much does diagnostics cost?
If we carry out the repair, diagnostics is free. If the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair, we charge 890 CZK for the time we've spent on it.
