What you should know about Huawei a Honor repairs
Huawei without Google services
Because of US sanctions, new Huawei phones released since 2019 (from the Mate 30 series onwards) don't have Google services. So you back up through Huawei Cloud or the Phone Clone app instead of Google. This doesn't affect hardware repairs, but please make a backup this way before handing your device in for repair.
Honor is a separate brand
Honor split from Huawei in 2020 and has had Google services again since the Honor 50 series. Phones from both brands are built in a similar way and we repair them the same way: screen, battery, charging port, back glass and camera.
Huawei ID account lock
The Find Device feature ties the phone to your Huawei ID. After a factory reset, nobody can unlock it without the password. We don't reset anything during a standard repair, but you should know your account password.
Manufacturer warranty and service
In Czechia, Honor offers express repairs with courier pickup. Warranty repairs are free, but your data is erased. Any work done outside an authorised service centre voids the manufacturer's warranty. Once the warranty has expired, we'll repair your phone with the price agreed upfront and your data kept intact.

- 1Back up your data via Huawei Cloud or Phone Clone, or with your Google account on Honor phones.
- 2Make sure you know the password to your Huawei ID, or to your Honor and Google accounts.
- 3Remove your SIM and memory card.

Order your repair online and a courier will collect your device for free. After diagnostics, you confirm the price – we never repair anything without your approval. We'll return your repaired device the same way.

Your questions answered
Do you repair older models such as the Huawei P20, P30 or Mate 20?
Yes, as long as parts are available. You'll find prices for specific models in the repair price list, and if your model isn't there, just drop us a message.
Will I lose my data?
Not when replacing the screen, battery or charging port. For water-damaged phones, data recovery is our priority.
Will Google services come back after the repair?
No, Google services depend on the manufacturer's software – a hardware repair doesn't change them.
Do you repair Huawei Watch smartwatches?
Yes, both the screen and the battery. However, water resistance can't be guaranteed once the watch has been opened.
Is courier pickup from anywhere in Czechia really free?
Yes. We collect your device and send it back to you free of charge. You only pay for diagnostics (890 CZK) if the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair.
How much does diagnostics cost?
If we carry out the repair, diagnostics is free. If the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair, we charge 890 CZK for the time we've spent on it.
