What you should know about Samsung repairs
Vertical green line on the screen
After a few years, some phones in the Galaxy S20 to S23 and Note20 series develop a thin vertical green or pink line. This is a fault in the AMOLED panel, not the software, so restarting or updating won't get rid of it, and once the line appears it usually stays. The fix is a screen replacement. Samsung only offered free replacements for this fault in selected markets; in Czechia, you have to pay for the repair.
Z Fold and Z Flip foldables
The flexible inner screen is the most expensive part of the phone. It's sensitive to pressure and sharp objects, and you shouldn't remove its protective film, because the film is part of the screen. On newer models, the replacement inner screen comes with the frame. The outer screen, battery and charging port are repaired much as they would be on a regular phone.
How a Galaxy is built
Both the back glass and the screen are glued in place, so every repair finishes with fresh adhesive and seals. Batteries in newer S-series models have pull tabs, which makes replacing them gentler than it used to be. The USB-C port is usually on a separate board, so it can be replaced without touching the motherboard.
Authorised service centre or us?
Samsung runs its own exclusive service centres in Czechia, in Prague, Brno and Ostrava. If your phone is still under warranty, contact the seller or an authorised service centre, as a repair done elsewhere may void the manufacturer's warranty. Once the warranty has expired, you can have your phone repaired by us, with courier pickup from anywhere in Czechia and an upfront price for your exact model and part type.
Updates and lifespan
Samsung promises seven years of system updates for the S24 series and newer, and six years for the Galaxy A36 and A56. That means it's worth repairing your phone even after several years, as a new battery or screen will keep it going for years to come.

Before you send us your device
- 1Back up your phone using Samsung Smart Switch or your Google account.
- 2If you'd rather not give us your passcode, turn on Maintenance mode (Settings → Battery and device care). This hides your data while still letting us test the phone after the repair.
- 3Take out your SIM and memory card and remove the case.
- 4If the battery is swollen, don't charge the phone or press on it.

Order your repair online and a courier will collect your device for free. After diagnostics, you confirm the price – we never repair anything without your approval. We'll return your repaired device the same way.

Your questions answered
Do you fit original or compatible screens?
Depending on the model, we offer an original screen and, in some cases, a cheaper compatible alternative too. You can see which options we have and what they cost on your model's page in the repair price list.
Will my phone still be waterproof after the repair?
After the repair, we reseal the phone with fresh adhesive. However, once a phone has been opened, we can't guarantee its original water resistance.
Do you repair the Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip?
Yes – the outer and inner screens, the battery and the charging port. The inner screen is an expensive part, so we'll confirm the price with you in advance.
My phone says there's moisture in the charging port, even though it's dry. What can I do?
It's usually caused by dirt or corroded contacts in the port. We'll clean the port or replace it if needed. In the meantime, you can still charge wirelessly.
Do you repair Galaxy Watch smartwatches too?
Yes – both the screen and the battery. You'll find prices for each model in our smartwatch repair price list.
Is courier pickup from anywhere in Czechia really free?
Yes. We collect your device and send it back to you free of charge. You only pay for diagnostics (890 CZK) if the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair.
How much does diagnostics cost?
If we carry out the repair, diagnostics is free. If the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair, we charge 890 CZK for the time we've spent on it.
