Can you fix controller drift, or do I need to buy a new one?
We fix drift by repairing or replacing the analogue stick. A repair is usually cheaper than a new controller – you'll find the price in the repair price list.
Is courier pickup from anywhere in Czechia really free?
Yes. We collect your device and send it back to you free of charge. You only pay for diagnostics (890 CZK) if the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair.
How much does diagnostics cost?
If we carry out the repair, diagnostics is free. If the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair, we charge 890 CZK for the time we've spent on it.
