Cooling system cleaning
A noisy, hot laptop usually has a clogged cooling system or dried-out thermal paste. We take the laptop apart, clean it and replace the paste.

Do I need to include the charger with my laptop?
Yes, please always include the power adapter with a laptop. It helps us with diagnostics and the final test.
Do you repair MacBooks too?
Yes, both MacBook Air and Pro. You'll find the prices in the repair price list under the Apple brand.
Is courier pickup from anywhere in Czechia really free?
Yes. We collect your device and send it back to you free of charge. You only pay for diagnostics (890 CZK) if the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair.
How much does diagnostics cost?
If we carry out the repair, diagnostics is free. If the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair, we charge 890 CZK for the time we've spent on it.
