Should I bring the charger too?

Yes, please always bring the power adapter with your laptop. It helps us check more quickly whether the fault lies in the laptop or in the charger.

Is it worth repairing an older laptop?

After diagnostics, we'll give you the exact price and tell you whether the repair is worth it given the age of your laptop. Upgrading to an SSD and a thorough clean are often well worth it.

Do I need to book a repair in advance?

No, you don't. Just come to Špitálská 182/3 during opening hours. If you want to be sure the part will be ready, order the repair online or give us a call and we'll arrange a time.

Where can I park?

For a quick stop, you can pull up right outside the shop. For longer stays, there's a paid car park on Velké náměstí, about a 2-minute walk from us.

I can't come in. Can you collect my device?

Yes. Within Hradec Králové, just give us a call to arrange a time and we'll collect your device free of charge, then bring it back once it's repaired. From other towns, book a courier pickup – that's free too.

What does while-you-wait repair mean?
