Your questions answered
Will I lose the data on my phone?
A standard screen or battery replacement doesn't erase your data. Even so, if your phone allows it, back it up before the repair.
Can you repair a phone bought abroad?
Yes. We repair phones no matter where they were bought. You'll find the price for your specific model in our repair price list.
Do I need to book a repair in advance?
No, you don't. Just come to Špitálská 182/3 during opening hours. If you want to be sure the part will be ready, order the repair online or give us a call and we'll arrange a time.
Where can I park?
For a quick stop, you can pull up right outside the shop. For longer stays, there's a paid car park on Velké náměstí, about a 2-minute walk from us.
I can't come in. Can you collect my device?
Yes. Within Hradec Králové, just give us a call to arrange a time and we'll collect your device free of charge, then bring it back once it's repaired. From other towns, book a courier pickup – that's free too.
What does while-you-wait repair mean?
