Your questions answered
Should I remove the ink cartridges?
No, leave them in the printer – they help us test printing after the repair. Please just take out the paper.
Do I need to book a repair in advance?
No, you don't. Just come to Špitálská 182/3 during opening hours. If you want to be sure the part will be ready, order the repair online or give us a call and we'll arrange a time.
Where can I park?
For a quick stop, you can pull up right outside the shop. For longer stays, there's a paid car park on Velké náměstí, about a 2-minute walk from us.
I can't come in. Can you collect my device?
Yes. Within Hradec Králové, just give us a call to arrange a time and we'll collect your device free of charge, then bring it back once it's repaired. From other towns, book a courier pickup – that's free too.
What does while-you-wait repair mean?
For repairs marked “while you wait”, we usually fix your device within an hour if we have the part in stock. You can wait with us or pop into the town centre and come back later.
