Your data stays on your phone
A standard hardware repair doesn't erase the data on your phone. Even so, we recommend backing it up before the repair if your phone still lets you.

Your questions answered
Is it worth repairing an older phone?
After diagnostics, we'll give you the exact price and advise whether the repair makes sense given the phone's value. If it isn't worth it, we'll tell you straight away.
Do you also repair water-damaged phones?
Yes. The sooner you bring your phone in, the better the chance of saving it. Don't switch it on or charge it – corrosion spreads quickly.
Is courier pickup from anywhere in Czechia really free?
Yes. We collect your device and send it back to you free of charge. You only pay for diagnostics (890 CZK) if the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair.
How much does diagnostics cost?
If we carry out the repair, diagnostics is free. If the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair, we charge 890 CZK for the time we've spent on it.
