A courier collects the device from your office and brings it back after the repair. Free anywhere in Czechia.
Invoices with your Company ID (IČO)
Order the repair in your company's name: just choose Company and enter your Company ID (IČO). Regular customers can pay by invoice with deferred payment terms.
Priority handling
Business repair orders get priority, so your team is left without their devices for as short a time as possible.
Your whole fleet in one place
Your team's phones, laptops, printers and projectors. Every repair comes with a 12-month warranty.
Bulk repair orders
Battery and screen replacements, or setting up several devices at once: we'll agree the date and price in advance.

Need someone to manage all your IT?
You run your business, we look after your IT. We'll take care of your company's computers, networks, servers, Microsoft 365 and security for a flat fee – with a helpdesk, a client portal and round-the-clock monitoring.

Your staff can submit a request via the portal, by e-mail or by phone. They always know who’s handling it and where it stands.

What businesses ask us
How do I order a repair for my company?
When you order a repair, choose Company and enter your Company ID (IČO). Your company details will be filled in automatically from the business register, and we'll issue the invoice to your company. For larger or recurring repair orders, email us at firmy@fixers.cz.
Do we have to bring the devices in?
No. A courier will collect the device from your office and bring it back after the repair. Courier pickup is free anywhere in Czechia. You can also drop it off at our shop on Špitálská in Hradec Králové.
Do you handle insurance repairs?
Yes. If your device is insured, we'll prepare the paperwork for your insurer as part of the diagnostics at no extra charge.
Can you look after all our company IT?
Yes. FIXERS MSP takes care of network and server management, Microsoft 365, helpdesk and monitoring.
