What you should know about OnePlus repairs
What leaving Europe means
On 16/7/2026, OnePlus confirmed that it will stop launching new products in Europe and North America. The manufacturer says warranty and out-of-warranty service will continue. However, early customer experiences with warranty claims have been mixed. So once your phone is out of warranty, it pays to have an independent repair service that can keep sourcing parts.
Green line on the screen
A vertical green line is a known defect in some AMOLED screens. At the end of 2024, OnePlus announced a lifetime warranty for it. How this will work after the exit from Europe isn't clear yet – try the manufacturer first. If they can't repair it, we'll replace the screen.
System updates
The OnePlus 13 series and newer Nord models are promised six years of security updates, so a repair still makes sense years down the line. Be careful with non-original screens on phones with an optical in-display fingerprint reader – it may not work reliably with them.
Parts and repairs
The screen is glued in and replaced as a single unit, often together with the frame. The battery is glued in under the back cover. The USB-C port is usually on a separate board. You can see which part you'll get and how much it costs upfront, listed with your model in the repair price list.

- 2Check you know your Google account password – the phone asks for it after a reset.
- 3Remove the SIM card and take off the case.
How the repair works
Order your repair online and a courier will collect your device for free. After diagnostics, you confirm the price – we never repair anything without your approval. We'll return your repaired device the same way.

Will you still be able to get parts after OnePlus leaves Europe?
Parts for popular models are still available from suppliers. If a part isn't available for an older model, we'll tell you before you order anything.
Can you fix a green line on the screen?
Yes, by replacing the screen. If you're eligible for OnePlus's lifetime warranty, try the manufacturer first – our repair would void it.
Will the fingerprint reader work?
With an original or high-quality screen, yes. After the replacement, we'll set it up and test it.
Will I lose my data?
No, replacing the screen, battery or charging port doesn't affect your data.
Is courier pickup from anywhere in Czechia really free?
Yes. We collect your device and send it back to you free of charge. You only pay for diagnostics (890 CZK) if the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair.
How much does diagnostics cost?
If we carry out the repair, diagnostics is free. If the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair, we charge 890 CZK for the time we've spent on it.
