How we remove viruses

First, we back up your data. Then we scan the system with specialist tools without booting into Windows, remove any threats we find and set up protection. If the infection is extensive or the system is damaged, a clean system install with your data restored from the backup is the more reliable option.

After virus removal

We recommend changing the passwords for your email, online banking and any other accounts you've used on the computer. We'll show you how to set up updates and protection so the problem doesn't come back.

Will I lose my data?

Before we start, we back up your data if the condition of the drive allows it, and restore it after any system reinstall. If the drive is damaged, we'll tell you before we do anything.

How much does virus removal cost?

You can see the starting price above. We'll confirm the exact price, covering everything the repair involves, after diagnostics – and we never do anything without your approval.

Is courier pickup from anywhere in Czechia really free?

Yes. We collect your device and send it back to you free of charge. You only pay for diagnostics (890 CZK) if the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair.

How much does diagnostics cost?

If we carry out the repair, diagnostics is free. If the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair, we charge 890 CZK for the time we've spent on it.
