A common culprit is a cluttered system and apps draining performance in the background. Before you replace your tablet, it’s worth having it checked and the system cleaned up.

Your questions answered
Do you replace just the touch glass, or the whole screen?
It depends on how the tablet is built. On some models the touch glass can be replaced on its own; on others it’s fused to the display. You’ll see which repairs we offer for your model in the repair price list.
Is courier pickup from anywhere in Czechia really free?
Yes. We collect your device and send it back to you free of charge. You only pay for diagnostics (890 CZK) if the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair.
How much does diagnostics cost?
If we carry out the repair, diagnostics is free. If the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair, we charge 890 CZK for the time we've spent on it.
