Know your model? Pick it from the price list and see the price upfront. Otherwise, just describe your device and the fault below.

1. Device and repair

Up to this amount, we'll carry out the repair without calling you first, so it'll be done sooner. If it costs more, we'll ask you before going ahead. The minimum is CZK 890. You can only increase the amount. If the repair isn't carried out, you only pay CZK 890 for diagnostics.

We need to assess devices not on our repair price list first, so the earliest you can book a courier pickup is the second working day.

The PPL courier will come during the day, usually between 9:00–14:00. Pickups on working days only.

We'll collect your device from the address you enter in the contact details below.

How did you hear about us?

You don't pay anything upfront. We won't do any work beyond the pre-approved price without your consent. Diagnostics are free if we carry out the repair, otherwise they cost CZK 890. We keep a record of your consents so we can prove them if needed.
