Don't attempt recovery yourself
If your drive is clicking or not responding, don't keep reconnecting it. Every time it powers up, the damage can get worse and the chances of recovery drop.
Fair terms
With extremely damaged media, data can't always be recovered. If that happens, you only pay for the diagnostics.

How long does data recovery take?
Standard recovery takes 2–4 working days. For mechanically damaged media that need a replacement part, it can take 3–5 weeks.
Is courier pickup from anywhere in Czechia really free?
Yes. We collect your device and send it back to you free of charge. You only pay for diagnostics (890 CZK) if the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair.
How much does diagnostics cost?
If we carry out the repair, diagnostics is free. If the device can't be repaired or you decline the repair, we charge 890 CZK for the time we've spent on it.
